Rich experience before, while and after shopping
In 2011 we wanted to improve the shopping experience at the P&B flagstore in A Coruña, Spain. We created a new way of engaging with customers and the process of buying. The result: several big screens where the clients became the main characters of the "Pull Your Look" fashion retail experience.
The interaction was developed in and outside the store. The shop-window LED screens and the in-store "totems" made this a unique experience with the purpose of sharing the "Pull Your Look" or lookbooks with other customers on the social networks.
The "Pull your look" experience
The process started before the customer entered the store. A big screen in the shop-window interacted with the pedestrians with a video-animation that followed their movements.
Inside the store, the interactive "totems" screens helped the customer to look for clothes and showed examples of different preselected combinations: the Lookbooks. New season products, prices and availability were shown on these screens intending to match the items previously selected.
Sharing the looks was the last and most important stage of the experience. This was the "Pull Your Look" campaign goal where customers were able to share their pictures and how the clothes fitted them on the brand's Facebook pages.
"Pull Your Look" interactive store experience was exported to several Latin American countries and get a 30% increase of permanency inside P&B stores.
